The conductor of the two most important orchestras in the old and new world-Leipzig Gewandhaus and the Boston Symphony Orchestra, as well as the promoter of the pioneering alliance between these two institutions, three-time Grammy Award winner Andris Nielsen Sis is one of the most innovative conductors on the international stage.
